Yassmin is the sole remaining founding member of Youth Without Borders, having conceived the idea behind the organisation in 2007. In recognition of those early efforts, she was Young Queenslander of the Year as a in 2010. Yassmin has just completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at the University of Queensland.
Jason Hawley
Jason is a long-time YWB member and is responsible internally for the communications portfolio. Externally, he is responsible for Culture. Jason finished his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at the University of Queensland last year.
Anton Ilchenko | Treasurer and General Finance Wizard
Anton Ilchenko was appointed as a Treasurer for Youth Without Borders in January 2012. As a recent graduate in Finance and Accounting, Anton is responsible for running the treasury of the organisation and managing the financial risks.

Kieran Dowling | Secretary
Kieran joined Youth Without Borders as secretary in mid 2012. Outside the organisation, Kieran spends most of his time studying towards a duel degree in Physics and International Relations (BSc/BA) or volunteering with The Oaktree Foundation and the Queensland Program of Assistance for Survivors of Torture and Trauma (QPASTT).
