Notice of UNSA General Meeting

I would like to invite you all to the UQ United Nations Student Association (UNSA) 2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held on Thursday, 13 October 2011 at 7PM in Building 69, Room110 – University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus.
The executive positions for elections are:

- Vice President – Education
- Vice President – Engagement
- Vice President – Experience
- Compliance Officer
- Finance Officer
- Web Officer
- Liaison Officer
- Media Officer
- Sponsorship Officer
- Education Officer
- IIS Officer
- Contribute Editor
- MUN Officer
- Engagement Officer
- Social Officer
- Membership Officer
- Marketing Officer
- Experience Officer
- Global Officer
- Careers Officer
- Community Officer
Please see attached a detailed Executive Structure and Position Descriptions.
Nominations for positions will open on 22 September 2011 and can be made via email to myself at secretary@unsauq.org. Nominations are required to be moved and seconded by a member of UNSA. Nominations must be submitted to the above email by 7PM on 29 September 2011 and must include the attached nomination form including the signatures of the candidate, and those moving and seconding the candidate. A list of candidates will be posted on the UNSA website on 6 October 2011.
UNSA President, Finance Officer and Vice President – Administration will all present reports at the AGM and there will be time to discuss general business.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the UNSA Executive in 2012 I would encourage you to approach James White (UNSA President president@unsauq.org), or myself to discuss the roles in further detail. We would be more than happy to answer any questions.
